For a long time, I was the woman who held everything together.

I knew I was meant for more than surviving environments that diminished me. I knew I was meant to create change not just for myself, but for others walking the same path.
So, I made the decision that changed everything.
I walked away.

After 15 years, I resigned. Not because I was weak but because I was no longer willing to compromise my self-worth, my values, or my ability to truly care for and uplift others.
And something powerful happened.

5 of my old team members contacted me who resigned also for new references. Not because they had to but because they believed in a different way of leading. A better way.

My peers and colleagues shared the respect they had for me. HR acknowledged my courage to speak up & have a voice against a toxic leadership culture that so many stay silent in but could only hold my 32-page report on record without further action.
